Indigo Shores

Staged for Upsell had the pleasure of working with Armco Capital to stage their beautiful urban cottage style Indigo Shores Information Center. This home is nestled on McCabe Lake just 20 minutes to downtown. The entire main floor of the model home was staged.  Many of the beautiful pieces used in the home are from Wicker Emporium. The style is urban cottage to appeal to those that desire cottage style living with the benefit of being only minutes from the city.

Built by Stonewater Homes this home is a stunner!   The great room features high vaulted ceilings open to the second level. Large windows throughout the home provide amazing views of McCabe Lake from so many rooms. What’s my favorite room? Oh that would be hard to decide! The great room with the high vaulted ceilings is amazing. The dining room with the wood feature wall and it’s open feeling is stunning. The open concept kitchen is a dream kitchen! The master located on the main floor also has beautiful views of McCabe Lake. The ensuite may be one of my favorite rooms, it’s large and stunning! You’ll have to check it out in person! They’re open 4 days a week.
